CREATIVE DIGITAL ASSIGNMENT RATES:
1st hour - $300
2 hours - $500
3 hours - $700
4 hours - Half Day - $800
5 hours - $1000
6 hours - $1200
7 hrs - $1400
8 hrs - Full Day - $1600
Post Production Charges: Included
These charges which are included, define the time to sit in front of a computer, adjusting file names, color correcting, file sizes, appending copyright and licensing information into each image, and other post-production requirements. All images are processed in Adobe Photoshop CS, Adobe Lightroom and saved for Mac's & PC's.
Proofing Options:
Online Gallery of your event images: $100
50-200 of your event images hosted online for at least 3 months
Delivery Options:
Create and Burn a DVD with all images $50.
Electronically transmit 1 to 5 images $100.
Plus All Expenses: Parking, Mileage ($1 a mile), and etc.
The client will receive high-resolution digital files on a DVD for digital use.
For the life of the campaign, photographer grants non-exclusive rights to use
Photography in all non-paid media placements in the United States.
Rights for images used for Advertising or any other purpose will be negotiated.
All photographic reproduction rights remain with the photographer Chester Simpson Photography.
Grant of any reproduction rights to the Client is conditioned upon receipt of payment in full.

CANCELLATION CHARGES
In the event of a postponement or cancellation the following postponement or cancellation fees will apply:
24 hours or less:
Postponement 100%, Cancellation 100%
48 hours or less:
Postponement 50%, Cancellation 100%
For all new Clients, a Fee of $500 is collected at the time of photo shoot.
Balance to be paid upon receipt of Photo DVD.
